Alexis Larkin

Marketing major

Larkin has been involved in a number of campus organizations at Austin Peay, including serving as a Govs R.O.W. leader, assisting new students when they enroll in the University, as well as a Govs Ambassador and tour leader, helping prospective students gain the same appreciation for campus as she did as a high school student.

“I’ve made my way here at Austin Peay and I’m so comfortable with my life in Clarksville,” Larkin said. “Because I made the decision to come to Austin Peay, I have so many friends from places I’d never heard of back in Ohio, and I’ve been exposed to so many cultures and different ways of life that I wouldn’t have if I had chosen to stay home for school. “Making the decision to go away for school can be difficult because you have to be comfortable being on your own, but it has been so worth it for me.”
